A business softphone on every device.
The VanceTel softphone runs on iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Vision Pro, Windows/Mac desktop and the web. VoIP calling over SIP and WebRTC — no desk hardware to provision, no ATA to wire.
One number rings every device at once. Native iOS calling through CallKit, hold, mute, transfer and ad-hoc conferencing all built in.
First device to answer wins — the rest stop ringing.
Everything a desk phone does, in software.
Real VoIP calling on your business numbers, with the in-call controls your team expects — and a few a desk phone never had.
VoIP calling, no hardware
Calls run as SIP over WebRTC straight from the app. There is no desk phone to provision and no ATA to wire — the softphone is the endpoint.
Native iOS calling
On iPhone the softphone uses CallKit, so an inbound call rings like a real phone call on the lock screen and routes through the system call UI.
In-call controls
Hold, mute and transfer are one tap away during a live call. Put a caller on hold, mute your side, or hand the call to a colleague.
Call transfer
Move an active call to another extension or number without dropping the caller — warm or blind, from whichever device you answered on.
Ad-hoc conference calls
Pull extra parties into a live call to spin up a conference on the fly — no scheduling and no separate bridge to dial into.
Automatic call history
Every call is logged automatically across devices. Open the history on your phone and pick up the same record on the desktop or web app.
Do Not Disturb per device
Silence one device while the others keep ringing. Set Do Not Disturb on the Mac for focus time and still take the call on your iPhone.
Multi-device simultaneous ring
A single number rings every signed-in device at once — phone, tablet, desktop and web. The first device to answer wins; the rest stop ringing.
Offline mode on mobile
The mobile app keeps working when the network drops, so your contacts and recent call history stay available until you reconnect.
Built for the way a team shares a phone line.
See who is free, hand calls off cleanly, and tailor the buttons to your workflow — across the app and any paired desk phones.
See who is on a call, live
Busy Lamp Field shows the real-time status of every extension on your team — idle, ringing or on a call — so you know who to transfer to before you dial.
Park a call, grab it anywhere
Park an active call on a shared slot and let a colleague pick it up from their own device. The same parked call is reachable across the desk phone and the app.
One-tap actions you define
Map programmable buttons to the actions your team uses most — speed dials, transfers, parking slots and extension monitors — laid out the way you work.
The softphone, answered.
The fastest way to judge a softphone is to make a call on it. See it on every device in a live walkthrough.
What is a business softphone app?
A business softphone app turns a phone, computer or web browser into a full business phone. VanceTel is a softphone that places and receives VoIP calls over SIP/WebRTC on your business numbers — with hold, mute, transfer, conferencing and call history — without any desk hardware.
Which devices does the softphone run on?
The VanceTel softphone runs on iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Vision Pro, Windows/Mac desktop and the web. You sign in once and the same number, contacts and call history follow you across every device.
Does it ring like a normal call on iPhone?
Yes. On iPhone the softphone uses CallKit, so an inbound call rings with the native system call screen on the lock screen — it behaves like a regular phone call rather than an app notification.
What happens when a call comes in on multiple devices?
Every signed-in device rings at the same time. The first device you answer on takes the call and the others stop ringing, so you can pick up on whatever is closest.
Do I need a desk phone or any hardware?
No. The softphone is the calling endpoint and runs entirely in software over SIP/WebRTC. If you do want desk phones, they can run alongside the app and reach the same numbers and extensions.
Can I set Do Not Disturb on one device only?
Yes. Do Not Disturb is per device, so you can silence one device — your Mac during a meeting, for example — while your iPhone and other devices keep ringing.
One softphone. Every device your team uses.
