Do I have to buy hardware from VanceTel?

No — bring the phones you already own at no provisioning charge. If your existing devices speak standard SIP, we configure them with your extensions before they leave your hands. Most customers buy fresh hardware because their old PBX-bound phones do not work with cloud VoIP. Either way, talk to a real person on the first ring if you need help picking.

Can I finance the hardware?

Yes — hardware can be financed inside the monthly invoice or purchased outright. Financed hardware is amortized over twelve to thirty-six months depending on the configuration. Outright purchase becomes customer property on day one and is yours to keep if you ever leave. Month-to-month service — no 12-month contract, cancel from your dashboard in 30 seconds.

Which model do you recommend for the front desk?

For front desks running heavy transfer volume we recommend the T87W or T88V Pro — large color touchscreen, many programmable keys for BLF presence across the rest of the office, and Wi-Fi so the desk does not need a network jack. What is the difference between the wireless W70P and the conference CP935W?

The W70P is a wireless DECT handset bundle for staff who roam around an office or warehouse and need a phone in their hand. The CP935W is a wireless conference phone — large touchscreen, four-microphone full-duplex audio, built for meeting rooms. Different use cases entirely; many offices buy both.

Most popular models ship same- or next-day from our U.S. warehouse network, preconfigured for your account. Specialty configurations and bulk orders run two to three business days.
