W56P questions, answered

Yes. Every W56P is provisioned for your VanceTel account before it ships: extensions, lines, and presets are already loaded. Plug it into PoE and it registers. Setup is $0, and on-site install is an option in Orange County, LA, and San Diego.

Yes. The W56P rents for $8 a month per phone on a 3-year contract, paid monthly plan; the phone goes back to us at the end of the term. Or buy it for $87: unlocked, one payment, yours to keep. Rentals are not offered month-to-month.

A W56P bought from VanceTel is unlocked standard SIP hardware, so it works with any SIP provider. If you already own one, we provision it on VanceTel free during onboarding; bring-your-own phones cost nothing to set up.

Either one. Voice + Text is $34 and Voice is $24 per extension per month on a 3-year contract, all-in, taxes and fees included. An extension is one person, and their mobile and desktop apps are included; the W56P is simply that person's desk phone.
