Yes. The UH33 pairs with your Yealink desk phone, your computer, and your mobile. It ships with everything it needs, and a real human walks you through pairing if you want the help. Setup is $0.

No. The UH33 is buy-only at $39. Rentals are for desk, cordless, and conference phones on a 3-year contract, paid monthly plan. Headsets and expansion modules are sold outright and are yours to keep.

Yes. The UH33 is standard Yealink hardware and pairs with any Yealink desk phone or computer. If you move to VanceTel, it keeps working, nothing to replace.

Either one. Voice + Text is $34 and Voice is $24 per extension per month on a 3-year contract, all-in, taxes and fees included. An extension is one person, and their mobile and desktop apps are included; the UH33 is simply that person's desk phone.
