EXP50 questions, answered

Yes. Every EXP50 is provisioned for your VanceTel account before it ships: extensions, lines, and presets are already loaded. Plug it into PoE and it registers. Setup is $0, and on-site install is an option in Orange County, LA, and San Diego.

No. The EXP50 is buy-only at $87. Rentals are for desk, cordless, and conference phones on a 3-year contract, paid monthly plan. Headsets and expansion modules are sold outright and are yours to keep.

A EXP50 bought from VanceTel is unlocked standard SIP hardware, so it works with any SIP provider. If you already own one, we provision it on VanceTel free during onboarding; bring-your-own phones cost nothing to set up.

Either one. Voice + Text is $34 and Voice is $24 per extension per month on a 3-year contract, all-in, taxes and fees included. An extension is one person, and their mobile and desktop apps are included; the EXP50 is simply that person's desk phone.
