Your office phone system is a house, and each extension is a person who lives there. When someone calls or transfers to "Maria," the call rings Maria's desk phone, her phone app, and her computer all at once, and she picks up whichever is closest. One person is one extension, no matter how many devices they use. The mobile app and desktop app come with every extension at no extra cost. A desk phone is optional: buy one or rent one only if you want it. Plans are priced per extension per month, and every plan starts at 3. ### Why a 3-extension minimum? It is the smallest system that is still a phone system: a front desk, the owner, and one more person. Below that we would be selling a single line, and single lines are not what we build. ### What does "all-in" actually mean? The per-extension price already contains federal USF, state and local telecom taxes and surcharges, 911 fees, and regulatory recovery. The invoice has no fee section. The number on this page is the number on the bill. ### What is the difference between the 3-year price and month-to-month? The 3-year contract is paid monthly at $34 (Voice + Text) or $24 (Voice) per extension. Month-to-month is $45 or $32, about a third more, with no term. Both are all-in, both have $0 setup, and both carry the same 30-day guarantee. ### What is the 10DLC fee on Voice + Text? U.S. carriers require every business that texts from a regular number to register its brand and campaign. That registry charges $19.50 once and $1.50 a month for conversational texting (back-and-forth with customers). If you send marketing blasts instead, the carriers charge $10.00 a month. We pass it through at exact cost, and we do the paperwork. ### How many texts are included? Voice + Text includes 250 text segments per extension per month, pooled across the whole account. Sent and received both count. Over the pool it is 2ยข per segment, and a picture message counts as 3 segments. ### How do I cancel? Cancel online from your account. Service and billing end 30 days from the date you give notice. No refunds for time already billed. Every customer signs the same service agreement; the only difference between the options is the term. Month-to-month has no minimum term. Pay-in-full is a 12-month agreement with a 30-day money-back window, no refunds after that, and it does not renew into another prepaid year.
