### Is there a minimum, and what counts as an extension?

Every plan starts at three extensions. An extension is one person (their desk phone, mobile app, and desktop app all ring together, apps included), and every extension is the same flat all-in price whether you have three or three hundred. The pricing page has the full breakdown, or request a written quote for your exact configuration.

### How does the first-month-free credit show up?

Hardware and one-time install fees are billed in the normal first invoice. The recurring service portion of the second invoice is reduced by one month of recurring charges as the credit. Both invoices itemize the line so it is easy to verify against the quote.

### Is there a catch with the 30-day install guarantee?

No catch. If the desk-phone setup or on-site install does not work for your space, the Tustin team returns within thirty days of install and fixes it, or refunds the install fee. Ongoing service charges are not affected. We do retain reasonable one-time costs for labor and materials already delivered.
